Nigeria on Thursday announced 193 new COVID-19 cases in the country, according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

The health agency made the announcement via its verified Twitter handle saying the total  COVID19 infections in the country is now 5162. The tweet said 15 states recorded fresh cases of the disease.

193 new cases of COVID19 in the following state of the federation which includes
58-Lagos, 46-Kano
35-Jigawa, 12-Yobe
9-FCT, 7-Ogun
5-Plateau, 5-Gombe
4-Imo, 3-Edo
3-Kwara, 3-Borno
1-Bauchi, 1-Nasarawa
1-Ondo

Dandal Kura Radio International reports that Nigeria 5162 cases of COVID19 in Nigeria a total of 167 deaths with 1,180 patients already discharged.
