Acting President Yemi Osinbajo Signs 3 Executive Orders

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has signed three executive orders in exercise of his presidential powers.

Professor Osinbajo had earlier held an interactive session with ministers, permanent secretaries and heads of agencies at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The executive orders signed by the acting president include those on the promotion of transparency and efficiency in the business environment designed to facilitate the ease of doing business in the country, timely submission of annual budgetary estimates by all statutory and non-statutory agencies, including companies owned by the Federal Government and support for local contents in public procurement by the Federal Government.

The acting president interacted with government officials who would be implementing the orders and the new instructions.
